A standard home inspection takes about 2 1/2 to 3 hours to complete. During this time the following components of the property are visually checked and evaluated:

• Exterior
• Roof
• Attic
• Plumbing System
• Electrical System
• Heating and Cooling System
• Major Appliances
• Interior of the Building

Digital pictures of defects in hard to access areas are included as needed with your report.

Other services available are condo inspections, pool and spa, four point insurance inspections and more.

We strongly urge you to attend the inspection if possible.  We do not over book our workday and will not rush through an inspection.  We will be sure to allow adequate time to address any concerns you have about one of the most important financial decisions our clients will ever make.
